Refund Policies

Your current Beer Fest Tickets are valid for the date change
Session 1, formally April 3rd, 8 pm – 12am is now August 7th, 8pm – 12am
Session 2, formally April 4th, 12pm – 4pm is now August 8th, 12 pm – 4pm
Session 3, formally April 4th, 6pm – 10pm is now August 8th, 6pm – 10pm
*If you already have your printed tickets listed with the April dates, they will be valid for our new corresponding dates listed above. We encourage all of our attendees to make their best efforts to still attend The 2020 Atlantic City Beer and Music Festival, we are confident it will be bigger and better than ever! We do understand that some will have conflicts or prior obligations on our new dates. Please see our refund policies listed below.
*All refunds MUST be made on or before May 1st.
Please see our refund options below based on where and how your tickets were purchased.

Unfortunately if you have purchased  tickets via a 3rd party provider (stubhub, a friend, or a dude in an alley etc.)  We will be unable to offer refunds.  Those tickets will be honored for the event weekend in august.

TICKETMASTER

  • Due to the current circumstances, Ticketmaster is experiencing high volumes of event changes and cancellations.  We ask that you please be patient while waiting to receive your corresppondence regarding refunds. This may take a few days to receive. We promise, that you will have the opportunity to receive a refund for your tickets.  
  • Soon, you will receive an email with the option to refund your ticket/s. Ticketmaster will send you a link to their site where you can then log in to your account and follow the steps to refund. If you do not receive an email, please check your Ticketmaster account. There eventually will be instructions on how to receive a refund. NOTE: this may take a few days to show up. 

 

JOE CANALS

  • You must have all of your printed tickets.
  • You must go to the same Joe Canals location where you purchased your tickets.
  • If you purchased your tickets via credit card, you must have your receipt to receive a credit. A credit card statement is also valid.
  • If you purchased your tickets with cash, you just need your tickets and you will be given a cash refund.

 

TICKET SALE LIVE EVENTS

  • You must have all of your printed tickets.

  • If you purchased your tickets at Vagabond AC, Yards Brewing Company in Philly, or at Dark City Brewing Company in Asbury Park, NJ – please click below to be taken to our refund request form.

GROUP SALES

  • You must have all of your printed tickets.

  • Soon, you will receive an email giving you the option to refund your group sales tickets and the process to make the return.

  • *All refunds must be on a complete order. Example: If you purchased 10 group sales tickets, you must keep all 10 or return all 10, it cannot be split.

 

BOARDWALK HALL BOX OFFICE

  • You must have all of your printed tickets.

  • You must go back to the Boardwalk Hall Box Office to receive your refund.

  • If you purchased via credit card, you must have your receipt to receive a credit. A credit card statement is also valid.

  • If you purchased your tickets with cash, no receipt is necessary to receive your cash refund.

HOPS TROT 5K

  • If you have purchased your ticket with the Hops Trot package, or you added on Hops Trot after you purchased your tickets, a refund is available.

  • Please click below and follow the prompts to refund your Hops Trot ticket, or you can also reach out to Delmo Sports directly.

  • *Note: Hops Trot will be taking place before Session 2 on August 8th, so we encourage you to still take part if you can! There is nothing better than the Atlantic City Boardwalk in the summertime!
