Covid-19 policies and procedures.

Good Time Tricycle Productions created the following policies to host events during covid-19 and mitigate the virus's spread. These policies are subject to change are built specifically for events hosted outdoors. Policies will evolve with new scientific data as it applies to events and the virus.

  • Attendees will be required to wear masks when not drinking or eating.

  • All attendees will be encouraged to stand 6 feet apart when waiting in lines or on festival grounds.

  • All attendees will be encouraged to stay within the parties they arrived with.  

  • Attendees will be asked to arrive early for potential health screenings.

  • If the attendee is not feeling well, we ask that attendees stay home. Festival will refund tickets at request for individuals that test positive up to 24 hours before the event.  

  • When tickets are purchased, event attendees will be notified of the adherent risks of Covid-19 and required to acknowledge a waiver of liability.

  • A Festival floor plan will be created to spread attendees, vendors, and experiences out over as much space as possible.

  • Festival Vendors/participants will be spaced 10 feet apart.

  • All beverage tasting will be done in disposable cups.

  • Beverage providers must wear gloves and pour from pitchers.  

  • The Festival site plan will be designed with traffic flow patterns that prevent people from bunching up and long lines.

  • GTT will provide handwashing stations as well as sanitizing stations through the festival site plan.

  • GTT staff will ensure that high festival touchpoints on sanitized regularly.  

  • GTT will utilize best efforts to hire or engage new jersey-based contractors. This will help limit the spread to neighboring states in the case of an outbreak.

  • GTT staff will encourage attendees to adhere to guidelines

  • Communications regarding guidelines:

    • All attendees will be notified of policies at the point of ticket purchase.

    • All presale attendees will be emailed and required to give contact info for additionally purchased tickets. This will support efforts in contact tracing if necessary.

    • GTT will post-festival guidelines on both the event website and social media platforms.

    • Signage with guidelines will be placed throughout events the day of.

Exposure to COVID-19 is an inherent risk in any public location where people are present; we cannot guarantee you will not be exposed during your visit. The CDC advises that older adults and people of any age who have serious underlying medical conditions might be at higher risk for severe illness from Coronavirus. Attendees should evaluate their own risk in determining whether to attend. People who show no symptoms can spread Coronavirus if they are infected, any interaction with the general public poses an elevated risk of being exposed to Coronavirus. By attending the Atlantic City Beer & Music Festival, you acknowledge and agree that you assume these inherent risks associated with attendance.
